Here at Andrea Meyer Training, upgrading your health through movement will help you achieve strength and mobility through a variety of exercises and trainings.

We focus on strength, weight and cardio training so that you have the foundations to move better functionally.

Virtual classes will continue so you can workout in the safety and comfort of your home. Download the Zoom app for free. Minimal equipment needed.

Personal training sessions are geared to your level. They are 30 or 60 minutes each, 1-2x/week. Please email to discuss days and times. 

Group class is available on Saturday mornings at 9am est.
